Located on the sunny side of Main Street, in the heart of Bristol’s beautiful downtown, the Bristol Bakery and Café has been serving “from scratch” breads, bagels, and morning pastries to the local community for over 35 years.
Since 2006, partners Doug and Kevin Harper have re-imagined the original mom-and-pop bakery model into a full service bakery and café, serving a complete made-to-order breakfast and lunch menu, and a very popular Sunday Brunch.
Given the decades long Bakery commitment to the “from scratch” baking approach, the Bristol Bakery and Café has extended that philosophy to include our non-baked menu items like our homemade soups, house cured salmon, our freshly roasted meats and poultry, and our sauces and dressings.
Now, with a second location in Hinesburg, Vermont, we are reaching a much broader customer base with our fresh morning pastries, breads, bagels, and full selection of cakes, pies and fine pastries. Like the Bristol location, the Hinesburg store will be open 7 days a week.
